Ashenmyth Worldbuild Project

Are you a writer who enjoys creating your own worlds and cultures to write about? Have you given collaborative writing a try? Our worldbuilding project may be the challenge you're looking for. Begun by innovative and intuitive LF members, the Ashenmyth Project has exploded with activity, the world itself growing and deepening in scope by the day. Enjoy the fun of creating a vast, complex world with a team of other creative minds. Help develop rules of magic and machines, cultures and regions, flora and fauna to fill in the empty, mysterious spaces on the map.

Once the worldbuilding team deems the world complete, LegendFire will host a one-of-a-kind contest, in which the team members will write out their vision of the world in fiction form. How long with the creation of the world take? Seven days or seven years or ... well, who knows? I hope we will just be around long enough to see the feat completed. The more minds who contribute, the more vast and complex and interesting Ashenmyth will become. Are you up for it?
