I go to a rigorous college prep school, considered by some of its graduates as a bit harder than college (you have more free time there).
I want to write, but I can't during school (I'm extremely ADHD and have to pay attention 24/7 to get A's). After school, I go to swim practice, and after I finish homework, im dead.
I have never been able to write much during the school year, but I feel like I really need too. Any advice?

Well, depending on how much you enjoy swim class, you could drop out of the swimming team, which could give you more free time. Other than that, you would be surprised at the strength of the human body. Start sleeping about 5 minutes less each night, and soon your body will run smoothly and perfectly on 5-6 hours of sleep, which can give you much more time.

Set your alarm for one hour earlier every day and get up and write.

What I do is jot down an idea when it springs to mind on a pad at my bedside table. Then when I can't sleep (which is most nights) I write!

And when you look down, you'll see tiny figures pounding corn, laying strips of venison on the empty car pool lane of some abandoned superhighway. ~ Tyler Durden

I actually suffer from the same problem from time to time. I came up with two solutions. Either I go to bed earlier and write or write while eating lunch. Also don't ignore the "excitement factor". Writing, much like any other endeavor, tends to become a chore unless you regularly find ways to discover new and exciting aspects of it. I keep a couple of books around whenever my enthusiasm wanes. Ever notice that when you are excited about something, you always manage to find the time?
